In addition, JAB Real Estate intends to begin construction this summer on four-story buildings which will include 1,800 square feet of retail space on Southport Avenue in Old Town. And it doesn’t end there. Within the next couple of years, JAB Real Estate plans to embark on an even larger project which will include apartment units accompanied by 6,000 square feet of retail space.
